The Edit menu contains traditional Copy'n Paste entries, since you can in both the Field List- and Information Areas, select any text and copy it to the clipboard. The Edit Menu looks like this:

Get the content of the clipboard and paste it (ie. type in) where you have placed your cursor |
Preferences |
Open the Preferences dialog to see or edit the List Fields preferences. |
