How to remove or add bands ?

The logic is completely identical to how to remove and add individual columns. Instead do this:

1. Point cursor and hold down the left mouse key on the band names, such as Fields or Documents
2. Drop the band into the Band listbox - instead of the Header listbox and vice versa.
