When List Fields start up, it will check the presence of certain registry settings, and if these settings aren't there, this message will pop up. The setting that is required at this stage is the Version-string. Read more about it's exact location here.
The only option is to acknowledge the message and watch List Fields abort operation completely. Inspect your installation and re-install List Fields if necessary.
